Michael Temitayo, ADEBAYO

Mr. Adebayo, Michael Temitayo was born on 25th June, 1960 in Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State. He attended St Philips Anglican Primary School, Oke-Agbo, Ijebu-Igbo from 1966 to 1971.  He later attended City Council Secondary Modern School, Aperin, Ibadan from 1972 to 1973 before proceeding to African Church Teachers Training College, Ifako, Lagos State from 1974 to 1977.

In 1981, he proceeded to University of Maiduguri for his University education and he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Administration in 1985.

He started his main employment career with Army Children School Epe, Lagos State from1977 to 1981. He joined the service of Ogun State Civil Service Commission as an Administrative Officer in 1986 and his first posting was with the Ministry of Education, Education Management Division from 1986 to 1987.

In 1987, he was posted to the Hospitals Management Board and in 1993 another posting took him to The State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and in 2009, he was transferred to the Ministry of Establishment and Training (ESTAB.).  He rose through the ranks to become the Assistant Director in the year 2011.

In the year 2011, he was moved to the Ogun State Water Corporation as a Director of Administration a position he held until March, 2016 when the incumbent retired and he is next in line to become the Assistant General Manager Administration from March, 2016 till date.

Mr. Adebayo, Michael Temitayo has the fear of God. He believes in fair play and equitable justice. He is happily married with children. He likes politics and listening to music.
